Yeah again if you read the entire thing we went from talking about my racehorses to talking about the training and living of race horses vs working horses instead. Killer training today. 

10 min warm up w 35lb DB

30 minutes  -   10 sets on the 3 min.   

3 sets  x   10x 80lb DB Snatch - 10x 1 arm row w 80;s - 10 Calf Raises

3 sets   x 10 x 80lb Snatch - 10x Close Grip pull Down - 10 Calf Raises

3 Sets x 10 x 100lb Snatch - 10x Wide Grip Pull Down - 10 Calf Raises

1 Sets x 10 x 100lb Snatch - 10 Calf Raises


60 Min -   30 sets

1 min Air Bike

1 min - 5 pull ups   10 - hanging leg raises

Soaked.   

I like the idea of hamstring work but worry thats a lot of weight to post on the shoulder again and again by swinging it up do you have any shoulder issues after this many heavy one arm dumbell snatches. And no idea why you would be working pulldowns into this workout that is hitting your hamstrings also why are we posting up over our head anyway are we pressing it up to work the delts? Why not just do goblin squats for the hams

You are so jealous of Soul Crusher and what he does it`s beginning to get sickening....worry about your own paltry few half hearted sets for legs then make excuses why your legs aren`t growing....quads can take a ton of work...they are a huge muscle group so up your game.

Focus was back and explosive power 

DB snatch is explosive full body exercise when done correctly.  I have zero injuries, pains, aches, etc. 

I try to work different energy systems into each workout.   The energy system needed to be explosive for DB snatches like this is not the same as the type for airbike and pull ups over a 60 min time period.  I train to the clock to both keep on pace and to get stronger and better with less and less rest needed.   The amount of work, reps, weight, etc I move in 60 minutes dwarfs what most people do, hence better results and outcome.

Are you just doing these in the middle of a commercial gym or do you do them like outside. I mean I have dumbells at home this seems like a big space big drop of heavy weight kind of exercise

The right delt overcompensates due to the pec tear also the left is smaller due to multiple slap tear labrum repairs and a dislocation. Right bicep is actually really improving it does not have an injury it is simple next to injured pectorial. The tricep was reattached though slightly higher. Skin tone is due to flexing. Double chin is again due to flexing and holding breath and smiling all at the same time I cant pose without making faces I dont know how to solve that but I dont look that way with a shirt on relaxed. Not on a shit ton of anything or would be a bloated mess. Can't end it all have responsibilities also don't have a gun and its like flat around here and I am a great swimmer so no real strategy kind of guy who survives car wrecks and really dont need anymore pain from a failed building jump not that we have any tall buildings. I think I fit the classic category better simple due to that being my weight class obviously I would prefer to be heavier. I think from a laymans perspective Jeff and my builds look a lot more alike than different. I can squat 405 I choose not to as knee isn't stable and wasnt going to get credit anyway. You take your metemuceil and wash your dentures yet it's time to change your depends and have an ensure for breakfast

But yes generally speaking when you look at my overall physique the consensus would be fuck yes that dude could tackle a Bear

In the middle of the floor space at the gym.  I'm a bull in the china shop and don't give a F.  But i train so early - there are few people around.
