had it in the Gym a few times, young guys bleating on about some youtube champ & his amazing training system. Just do the stuff that works the basics. Lift , Juice , eat like a pig.  ::)

Yep next thing you know they are standing on one leg on a medicine ball rubbing their belly with one hand doing an overhead dumbbell press with the other talking about scientific progress and cutting edge core stability functional training while eating raw goat testicles @Science

I don`t have a curling bar and wont buy one unless it takes standard one inch or so holes in the plates, cuz other than six Olympic forty five pounders that I have, those are the plate I use the most and the bar can`t be hollow.

I`ve bent the hollow cheapies doing Skullcrushers in the past....the old York ones were the shit.....I`ll get one soon though.....it`s on my list along with installing my heavy duty chinning bar.

Today I woke up early and had a cheeseburger on a potato bun with coffee and a yogurt at 5am. I then had a Texas omelet with potatoes and an english muffin and a biscuit with sausage gravy and coffee at 11am and I am just now having some indian rice with curry chicken and peas and water at 1pm. I am planning to head to the gym to train after I finishing eating.

I had a bowl of oatmeal with a 5 egg and tomato and cheese omelette and two coffees, then chicken and rice in tomato sauce with diced tomatoes mixed in....then after I trained  I had a scoop of protein powder in water with a quarter cup of raw steel cut oats and a Tbsp. of beet root powder mixed in.

As an aside, I don`t believe you,was the beef lean or fatty... plus the gravy is just empty calories as is the bread and English muffin....any butter? if so just a tiny bit of Vit. A and a ton of worthless dangerous fat.....did you cook the omelette in grease or butter?

How many empty cals of sugar in your yogurt?

If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.

But that`s not too bad for you.... list what you eat all day after you train, just please don`t post pics cuz you can`t cook for shit.  LOL  ;D

I`m using decent poundages for any age not just for my age and getting stronger constantly with no TRT yet.

I`m not your average Yogi Bear buddy....been doing this waaaay longer than you and I truly look better than you do in my best condition compared to yours at any bodyweight and I`m waaaaay older than you will ever make it to.

I personally know a zillion lightweights and middleweights as well, that would wipe the floor with you....they have won overall contests and usually always take their class a well.....once again now take notes please...it`s how you look, not just how much sloppy misplaced bodyweight you can throw on in places where it does your physique no good proportionwise BS.

I may just enter whatever show you do if you have the balls to do one just to shut you up and humble you at my age sonny.

I  got one more in me....just hope I don`t release the KRAKEN.  LOL  ;D
