I went up to 85-lb dumbbells for my heaviest set, and got six reps.That's not way off from my lifetime max - I have previous gotten 100's for six reps, and I believe I hit the 105's for 2-3 before.I don't think I ever got the 110's. If I did...it was probably with help with the liftoff.
Strong lifts Matt. one thing though, lose the spandex pants.
Chest3 sets incline db press 70s-35,85s-21,100s-123 sets incline db flyes 55-15,15,153 sets machine incline press 15-206 sets of dips bodyweight 15-30.Shoulders 8 sets of laterals 20lbs bells 12-25.Walked 5 miles.
