The fuck you talking about intensity you are an old man you are not doing anything intensely other than typing nonsense. Also strange you talk about me not using heavy weights and using pink dumbells then the very next sentence you say weight doesn't matter and it is all about intensity and moderate weight is just as good you literally contradicting yourself. Digestive overload lol I feel great have had no chron's issues in months.
I literally had another nightmare last night about starving to death I woke up at 4am and debated if I should cook food. I went to a cafeteria but then it was between meals and they wouldn't serve me and I had to steal chicken and put it in my pockets. I remember just starving and being so mad and frustrated I couldn't get food. My body want more food I am not getting enough
I`m not your average old man like the fucks you saw in that Venice Beach Contest video.......and heavy is a relative term as far as weights used.....going faster doesn`t mean you have to train light it just means that the weight you use would more than likely be lighter than if you rested 5 minute between sets.....simple logic there bud.
If training faster would limit a guy to using baby weights why do Krank and Soul Crusher use huge dumbells in snatches.....could you imaging the weight they could use if they were resting longer between sets?
Weight doesn`t matter to a certain extent but you have to use a weight heavy enough to tax the muscle and to attempt to cause hypertrophy.....pink dumbells will not do this......make sense to you yet....probably not.
I could tell you some of the stuff I`ve done in the gym but you wouldn`t believe me so I wont waste my time.....stuff that I know you could never do.
Eat until your heart explodes.....it`s your option......I want to be heathy and look good....you will never ever make two thirty unless you add twenty pounds to each quad.....your upper body is maxed out and has been for a long time now hence the lack of progress we are supposed to see in your pics which no one does.
TRAIN SLOW AND LIGHT IT`S GOTTEN YOU A LONG WAY SO FAR.
