I mean you are still just doing work for work sake it is more of a cardio workout than a weightlifting workout. You can't go as heavy doing that kind of workout. You guys brag about taking short and no rest periods fuck that I will take 3-5 minutes between sets and get my full strength back before another set.
And what type of massive poundages do you use?

I mean you are still just doing work for work sake it is more of a cardio workout than a weightlifting workout. You can't go as heavy doing that kind of workout. You guys brag about taking short and no rest periods fuck that I will take 3-5 minutes between sets and get my full strength back before another set.

Are you referring to the often used pink dumbells in your workouts.

You know training with very little rest is great for the CV....you might want to think about that.... and I go as heavy as I can when doing so,but if I rested longer I know I could go heavier but with short rest periods a moderate weight feels quite heavy quite quickly.......your muscles have no clue what the numbers on the plates say.....they only know intensity.

It`s called "Intensity Of Effort" which means getting the most possible work done in the shortest possible amount of time.....I still use the fifty pounders on Bent-Over Laterals in good form in a Tri-Set which is probably more than you could do while taking 5 minute rest periods.......... and the way you eat is called "Digestive Overload" which is certainly not helping your Crohns out in any way.....genius who has been trying to get fat but cant.

Hypothetically and it has to be hypothetical because I`m stronger than you are,but if we were both of equal strength in some other mythical universe........ and we both used the same exact poundages and the same exact exercises and the same exact workout but it took you two hours to complete the workout and it took me only thirty five minutes,I worked much much harder than you did because even though we trained using the same poundages and exercises I did the same amount of work in a much shorter period of time.

I went to a cafeteria but then it was between meals and they wouldn't serve me and I had to steal chicken and put it in my pockets. I remember just starving and being so mad and frustrated I couldn't get food. My body want more food I am not getting enough

How do you know it's work for works sake.  How do you know you can't go as heavy?  Ever done the DB snatches hanky?

We don't brag....all we do is list our workouts.  Oh, and when I do my lifting sometimes I do rest that long.   So, is 3 - 5 mins the optimal rest period for hypertrophy?

I`m not your average old man like the fucks you saw in that Venice Beach Contest video.......and heavy is a relative term as far as weights used.....going faster doesn`t mean you have to train light it just means that the weight you use would more than likely be lighter than if you rested 5 minute between sets.....simple logic there bud.

If training faster would limit a guy to using baby weights why do Krank and Soul Crusher use huge dumbells in snatches.....could you imaging the weight they could use if they were resting longer between sets?

Weight doesn`t matter to a certain extent but you have to use a weight heavy enough to tax the muscle and to attempt to cause hypertrophy.....pink dumbells will not do this......make sense to you yet....probably not.

I could tell you some of the stuff I`ve done in the gym but you wouldn`t believe me so I wont waste my time.....stuff that I know you could never do.

Eat until your heart explodes.....it`s your option......I want to be heathy and look good....you will never ever make two thirty unless you add twenty pounds to each quad.....your upper body is maxed out and has been for a long time now hence the lack of progress we are supposed to see in your pics which no one does.

TRAIN SLOW AND LIGHT IT`S GOTTEN YOU A LONG WAY SO FAR.
