Felt like total crap and woke up at 3 am to poop.  Still got out of the house and grinded it out for 90 minutes.

Chins 8 sets 15-6 squeeze tops pause bottoms
Superset with
Overhead db extensions 80-20,90-15,100-12,12,11,10,10,8.

Trx curls 4 sets of 15
Superset with
Dips with 35lb db between feet 4 sets of 10 pausing bottom and top for as many seconds as what rep it is, absolutely brutal way to do dips. I usually do them like this with bodyweight but with weight is extremely hard.

Not really I said I could get 405 for one and I can but again feeling good doing reps getting stronger no need to max out and risk an injury. I did 355 for a single when I did 275 for a double. My 275 for 5 was way deeper and with way better form than the last time I did a double so yeah I am there but again no need knee feels good back feels good getting stronger form is perfect why risk it.

I don't know what to tell you. I had a great squat workout so damn good I was literally thinking of my next squat workout while in a bar watching a band tonight. I am back legs are feeling great I was actually shocked how good they felt no post workout knee pain or instability no back pump or pain nothing just felt great. I was surprised myself with how well it went
