Today I did power cleans (with my wrist straps), chest, and sprints with Walter, his gf, and another Getbigger whose board name I forgot (sorry Mike ?).
I’m getting better on the cleans, I will post a photo to ask for input on proper form. I can pull so hard now that I almost go airborne.
We did 40 yard sprints (not sure why they picked that distance); my quickest time was 5.2 seconds but I didn’t have the best shoes on for sprinting though.
More importantly we went for blueberry pancakes afterwards.
