Happier by the week w/ the shoulder/rotator tear (May of this year).

Felt much better today, maybe the pre-lifting aspirin helped a bit as well. (Bayer back & body - 500 mg).
I will only take that stuff 2x a week for now until healed, then back it off. (Bench and SQ day).

295 x 2  (Couldnt even do the empty bar for 1 w/ out severe pain a few months back).

Close Grip Bench

Incline Bench (Smith)

DBell Bench (5 sets of 8-10 w/ 90's)

4 sets pec deck flys
2 sets cables
3 sets 1 arm cable side laterals each arm
3 sets single arm tricep extension

left elbow is giving me a bit of gip, can feel the tendon clicking

Not sore just feels odd

Christ I did 405 below paralell weighing 160-165 in the early 1980`s.....this cat needs to just do high rep breathing squats..........IDIOT !!

Jesus man that was 6 months ago my form has improved 1000 percent since then also really wasn’ bas just 90 and not ATG like I am doing now. The point is to stress the legs and grow doesn’t matter if I am 20 or 60 that was not bad form back breaking weight for me not even close to a fail

I am not squatting heavy I am doing reps of squats one day squats one day leg extensions and hamstring curls. I go very high rep with the extensions and curls and moderate with the squats. I start at like 20 rep sets and work my way down as I increase the weight I am still doing plenty of volume. Dont you guys worry about my legs they are improving. They are getting volume and weight they ha e no choice but to grow

Fake plates deep squat lol you are struggling my legs will continue to improve no idea why you think my legs will somehow not respond to training. Also I have no belly fat simply processing food I can be shredded in 24-48 hours but why I am trying to grow it takes food

We had a guy back in Springfield Mass. when Jeff King trained there.....name was Jack Kousaris.....competed in the IFBB Universe.........insane leg development.

He would take 135 and do 20 ass to the grass squats,then 185 for 20.....then he would add 20 pounds to each of three more sets for 20 ATG reps.....that`s 205,225,245......then he would take the 245 again for as many as possible up to 20,then repeat this with 225,205,and finally 185.

Then stiff-leggeds while standing on a bench........legs were insanely developed.

Light weight,but brutally high reps!!

Legs have down sized even with increase aas dosage.

Hair/ scraps have completely disappeared. Not like he had much to work with.

However, body and hairline regressing faster than a women running away from Bhanks when he is on a bender.
