The idea is you workout so you can enjoy life and don't have to be on a rationed diet of gruel. You guys are working out and living on starvation rations it makes no sense
It's comical you think your low bf has anything to do with how you train and the muscle you have put on over the years. You have a fast metabolism period. You didn't put in the work to be lean

It’s fucking comical you don’t understand I have put in a lifetime of work you probably spent your 30s working I spent mine playing water sports 6 hours a day in Hawaii

Thanks pal.  It's not cancerous just another road block in getting back in a groove.  I think I'm going to start training again next week.  The stitches will still be in but that will be 7 days in and I don't see them popping out.  I'll pick and choose my exercises carefully.  That should help.  The other thing is that I'm in a food rut.  The chicken breasts, tilapia, turkey, etc.  that I've been eating daily for 25 years is all of the sudden hard to get down.  Hell, some nights I can't even bring myself to cook it let alone eat it.  I feel best when I'm doing keto.  Plus, once I start eating carbs I can't stop.  I will eat berries for the overall value they provide to health.  If you or any of the guys have any recommendations, I'm all ears. 

The low carb diet can get monotonous after awhile.

What do you eat?  Typical day.

It’s also sad that you just want to assume anyone in better shape than you is just dumb luck or drugs and therefore you can excuse your own lack of effort and results. Your body is not going to react to stimuli the same way someone else does who has been in shape longer than you

What drugs?? I take prescribed test to bring myself back into a normal range. You guys seem to think I am just sitting around watching TV taking magic pills all day that get me in shape it does not work that way. The so called drugs that I don’t take that you guys keep accusing me of taking don’t get anyone in shape anyway again not how that works. Did Matt get in shape or did he gets tits??  All I hear are excuses from you jackasses

You don't really need it unless you are a true eunuch or you are using it to build muscle.

Are you a test-less eunuch?  Do your balls not work?  Do you have any balls?

What age were you when you FIRST taking ANY type of hormones, be prescribed or not.  Simple question (which has a less than 5% chance of you being honest about)

    1 minute Airbike
    5x DB snatch w 60lb DB
    5 x 315lb Hex Bar Deadlift
    Sled sprint across the gym
    Back Row w the Tank across the gym using TRX
    3x Backward overhead Med Ball toss w 60lb med ball as far as can throw
    3x Clean press and throw forward w 60lb med ball as far as possible. 

    30 min - Back and bis bro stuff.

    First of all you take 500 mg of TRT to get back in normal range.

    You either were using 3 grams in your 20s weekly.

    Why do you need 500 mg a week for a decade to get you into normal range how shut down are you?

    It’s not excuses, your legit have been on a full blown cycle plus growth plus anadrol for over a decade.

    That’s not being in shape. That’s abusing anabolics.

    500 mg of test to get into normal range is  not TRT.

    Stop the drugs and you wouldn’t way more than 175 pounds.

    You're a fool. You haven't learned anything in your entire life training. Only how YOU respond to training. I would bet you have been lean with abs your entire life. So you added drugs and you just became a bigger version. You still had to put in the work and actually lift but you didn't "earn" your low bf. I was heavy as a teenager. So I learned to diet to get in shape. I'm 6'1" and been as high as 230-235 in shape. On AAS of course, but yet I still had to diet. All my muscle didn't speed my metabolism up to eat garbage. For fuck sake you know fuck all about training
