You're a fool. You haven't learned anything in your entire life training. Only how YOU respond to training. I would bet you have been lean with abs your entire life. So you added drugs and you just became a bigger version. You still had to put in the work and actually lift but you didn't "earn" your low bf. I was heavy as a teenager. So I learned to diet to get in shape. I'm 6'1" and been as high as 230-235 in shape. On AAS of course, but yet I still had to diet. All my muscle didn't speed my metabolism up to eat garbage. For fuck sake you know fuck all about training

Bhanky isn't lean because of the muscle and faster metabolism. His stomach and digestive system is fucked. His body struggles to absorb the nutrients (and calories) that he consumes and he just shits most of it straight out. He needs to eat high calorie crap otherwise he would be in a deficit.

He also brags about eating crap because for him it actually aint easy to do. His default/preference would probably be to eat like a bird.

People then give him shit for bragging about eating crap without understanding the above, and obviously he is a bit of spectrum tard that can't comprehend that most people have functioning digestive systems and can't eat crap like him all the time without getting fat.

Correct if you are in shape to start you will be in shape after if you are a slob you will still be a slob just a bigger slob but again being in shape as a teenager comes from your lifestyle as a preteen that is my point Anabolics don’t make you an athlete they don’t get you in shape that comes from your lifestyle

Why would I do 15 sets is that going to cause more hypertrophy than 5 sets? Is that going to train the muscles any better or just completely deplete them and wipe out your CNS?

What he doesn't grasp is that the volume training I do, SAFELY, in this weight/rep range helps both work capacity, helps maintain muscle, doesn't result in injury, gets my HR really high, etc.  Not too heavy, not too light.    I'm not going for 1-3 rep maxes w 5 minutes in between sets.  If I were a powerlifter competing for that, no way I would train like I do.   

I've maxed out my genetic potential naturally years ago.  Bhanks maybe never did, so who knows what his goals are?  But my .02 is focusing solely on "hypertrophy" as a 47 yo is stupid and ridiculous if it comes at the expense of everything else.

Good fucking lord are you dense sometimes.  The guy who posted this had numerous athletes he trains in the FNG Olympics this past year in track n field etc for the throws.
