Bringing up your right arm is going to balance out your physique and improve everything? What? Bring up your legs and ditch the squats for Christ's sake. Plenty of other exercises to do when you have bad knees. Your legs are strong and functional? Didn't you just have a limp from standing too long at a party or something.
Yup, you can still build good legs with other exercises. I did sets of 20 on the leg-press this past week.
Haven't done that in a long time. (Where the last few reps on each set were a painful grind, rest-pause type of thing).
Legs are lit up (very sore) and lower-back is amazing.
Lots one can do to work around injured area's...
