A cheese plate with half a dozen different cheeses and a carot and veggie plate. I started with 6 small plates of these. Then they had scallop wrapped Bacon I had a dozen or so of those. Then wings, shrimp and blue cheese wrapped in Beef. I had a few plates of those followed by coffee and brownies. I also had 2 cokes. They had a decent band as well 3 judges the bailiff the sheriff some parole officers and 2 city councilmen the clerk of the court the DA plus every lawyer in the county were there all seem to know me and follow me on facebook apparently.  I have been to a couple of these events now and they are all good friends with my fiance and even asked about our snowboard adventures getting stuck in WV etc most will come to our wedding. And one lady asked me all about Rocky. I was rather infamous in town even before my fiance started dragging me to these things.

Thats how i do them, but i use an instant read meat thermometer to check temp.

Once it hits 150 i pull it off and let it rest for 5 minutes as it continues to cook. Try to get them medium rare-ish.

Easy.

Been trying the reverse sear method in the oven too.

I tried the reverse sear and didn't really like it.  I sear for about 2 - 3 mins per side, then in oven until 115 deg.  Rest and serve at 125

I trained squats 3 days ago I cant train them everyday. I will be squatting once a week all year don't you worry. I was also trying to bring up my right arm which I believe I have done significantly once I get everything balanced out it will all get bigger. Improving my curl helps my balance and makes me more competitive for bodybuilding all of these activities go together. My legs are doing great they are functional and strong.
Bringing up your right arm is going to balance out your physique and improve everything? What? Bring up your legs and ditch the squats for Christ's sake. Plenty of other exercises to do when you have bad knees. Your legs are strong and functional? Didn't you just have a limp from standing too long at a party or something.

Plenty of other exercises to do when you have bad knees. Your legs are strong and functional? Didn't you just have a limp from standing too long at a party or something.

Yup, you can still build good legs with other exercises. I did sets of 20 on the leg-press this past week.
Haven't done that in a long time. (Where the last few reps on each set were a painful grind, rest-pause type of thing).
Legs are lit up (very sore) and lower-back is amazing.

Lots one can do to work around injured area's...

I did my some light arm work today as it’s my 2nd day most work is done on the first arm day of the week. That’s the right arm in the pic the “bad” arm that is 15 inches atrophied with nerve damage. I just set up these stands today and they worked like a charm going to get some better bars after Xmas but have two ez curl bars and was using both today. I like to work out on Xmas it’s my gift to myself I had to work yesterday and didn’t get to train. Gym is closed today so just did some basement work at home

SMH. You can make any exercise hard if you do it properly. How about training smart? Like scrapping an exercise when you have shit knees? Especially when it's clearly not adding appreciable muscle to your legs. We've seen the pick. The squats aren't making a difference. When are you going to start deadlifting since it's all about "doing what's hard?"

You are making a lot of judgement based on an out of focus screenshot. My legs and more specifically the connective tissue ligaments and tendons around my knees are getting stronger.  The size will slowly come as well but I am 511 it's a lot of leg to fill out it's going to take some time. I do believe squats are the most efficient route. Tomorrow though is international squat day. Today we rode the Xmas train to Curl Town.

Yup, legs tomorrow as well. Most of the gym is doing international chest day, so the racks are always open on a MON.
