275 x 4 was the best he could do.

In his mind the Strict Curl Nation, his curlfriends, and his 18-inch thighs are a believable deflection away from the fact that he’s made no gains in years.

It was part of my workout not my max but regardless I could not fucking stand 4 years ago I had complete atrophy in both quads and my knees had so much fluid that I couldn’t straighten the legs I have made spectacular gains the last few years

you had 2 destroyed knees at 20 years old?

Did you have a medical condition?
Knees dont wear out that fast naturally no matter how hard you work them..

I posted my medical records from 1997 I had bilateral meniscus shaving and repair plus bilateral acl complete tears they took a 3rd of the patella through two holes they drilled in the bones and tightened it all down with titanium bolts

One was torn wrestling the other snowboarding neither was repaired until a few years later I went 2-3 years without any acl just falling down on knee blowouts every couple days and doing more meniscus damage

If you say so but the legs are stronger than they have been in decades and the arms are the strongest they have ever been. My bench press is still behind but I also have a serious pectoral injury and it is slowly coming back up

Dude,those papers are fake in my opinion.

If you truly had knee issues of that magnitude .....bone on bone,there`s no way you could even do the 1/4 reps that you do......no fucking way.

Any papers can be made up on the web these days.....I simply think you are full of it regarding these "injuries".

If not,you`re either a fucking medical anamoly or Superman.

You`re an arm nut playing catch up......I`ve seen tons of guys like you.

I`m a curling muthafucker.....I may just train for that next year.

I have used big weights for curls of any kind for a guy my size in peak training shape.

Really I produced fake post surgical reports are you fucking high?? I faked X-rays? I faked MRI reports? I faked scars on my fucking knees? And yeah you godamn right I am Superman squatting after what I have been through. Walking without a cane is a victory squatting is medically impossible but I am doing it anyway. Shot 4 years ago I could not sleep I was in constant pain but I got rid of the inflammation I strengthened the legs despite the pain and now the pain is gone

You should it’s the funnest thing going in strength and power athletics right now. You guys all laugh but strict curl is growing exponentially in popularity ever strength athlete in the world is getting into it.

They also have age and weight divisions. For your age and weight the world record is like 47lbs you should do great

You`re confusing me with a weakling.

On cheat curls weighing 155 pounds I did 160 for 5 reps....I`d bend at the waist just a bit to get the bar started,then the biceps would take over exclusively,no excessive backbend,and then I would do a mega-slow negative.

Would also use the same fashion on Seated Alternate DB Curls with the 70 pounders......just a  slight cheat to get it started......the rest was mostly all bicep power for 5 reps per arm.

Why are you mad,you said my Colitus,Lung Cancer,and broken rib were just excuses.

I`d say that two were life threatening......I have REAL documentation to prove all three.

In the master division for 181lbs age 70-75 the record is 100lbs and there is no record for rhe 65-70 age group just show up and curl anything and you can set the record

I’m the master division 45-49 220lb weight class the world record is 160lbs I am going to crush that this year and honestly I am pissed because I would have gone for that with a 4th lift if I had known the record was only 160

About 20 or so years ago I  got heavily into "Dinosaur Training" (Brooks Kubik).  Thick bar lifts were among the most difficult I have ever done and I know for fact my time for doing them is long over, LOL!

Barbell  curl of 150lbs. 2.5" thick bar.

Close grip bench press of 300lbs with 2.5" bar.  I tried a bottom position with it but could not do it.  I used a pair of saw horses as "spotters".   ;D  It felt like I was pushing against a small tree, LOL!

This style of training was fun!  But as I said, my time for that has long past.  ;D  Ooops!  I nearly forgot to add that I weigh around 235 to 240 at that time.  Probably at least 30% bodyfat too...LOL!

I now weigh 175 pounds....missed a lot of training due to that  stupid Gall Bladder thingy that no doctor wants to address without surgery which I am not going to get.

If my rib feels OK,I`ll start training this Monday....I`m a ,master at working around an injury.

Why would I post a pic.....I`m not you a guy who posts 200 pics a month that all look the same.

If I did take pics,which I never do,I would take them to gauge my progress.....ever hear of a mirror......that is all I use.

I just told you I missed a lot of training time plus I have a broken rib.

Unlike you,I don`t need validation from others....I did over 60 contest and never took pics,they are/were all taken by others and given to me, or put on the web without my knowledge.
