You`re not getting me into  anything......if I enter one I will  enter on my own.

I have done quite a few odd lift contests back  in the day and did them all by myself.

Thanks Wes!  I had a poor reaction to some medical  treatment the doctors did on me and am now in recovery mode.  Yippee!   
I know ,bunch of fucking quack doctors.

They also have age and weight divisions. For your age and weight the world record is like 47lbs you should do great
Yup the old standards of bench deadlift and squat are dead. All the young lifters are all about strict curl these days! Coincidentally the only lift you happen to be good at. No bias there at all. You dumb old fuck

So are you close to setting a world record in the bench deadlift or squat that would be impressive? I was training for the state bench record when I tore my right pec for the 3rd time . My knees are never going to allow me to go for a deadlift or squat record. However yeah so far everything has been holding up pretty good for curling. I have had some upper back neck pain recently not sure if that is related but will monitor it. I have a herniated disc in the lower and upper back but have been squatting regardless but yeah my back does get really stiff after squats and I have noticed it when strict curling as well. I try to space out squats from everything else as back is tight for a couple days after

Rope pulling machine: 5 minutes

Back:

Wide grip chins: 6 sets
Machine rows: 4 sets
Low pulley rows: 4 sets
Hammer strength pulls: 4 sets
Stiff arm lat pulldowns: 4 sets

Hyperextensions: 4 sets

Treadmill: 35 minutes.

When I was a kid I trained legs by half squatting to a bench.....later on, although my quads have always sucked,I trained the living piss out of them, so my lack of size wasn`t from a lack of trying.

In my opinion,Hanky never did legs until not too long ago.....never had any knee injuries either.

I have always thought this about him from jumpstreet as he hardly ever mentions any other bodyparts other than his arms, and if legs are brought up as a topic he goes with the injury ploy.

He does no rowing movements or heavy triceps work either.

In essence,he`s a lazy fuck who loves to train his unevenly sized arms.

Training your arms and chest is easy but training your legs and back is hard.  This is my theory on why most gym-bros have skinny legs and under-developed posteriors (nh).

I train my legs. I squat every week. If don’t think that is hard on my body you are a fool.  I also train back every week just because I don’t deadlift doesn’t mean I don’t train my back.
