I have also bulked from 220 to 235lbs and I have Crohn's which causes bloating and gas obviously after a day of force feeding myself to 235lbs I am going to look a little different at that weight weighing in before bed than I do today in the morning at 223lbs. How do you not get that? You have to eat on occasion. Right now I am 225lbs and I have no belly no gut 34 inch waist with abs you can post pics in a shirt or a 235lb weigh in after a late night force feeding from 2 years ago all you want right now I am lean I don't have anywhere near a 40 inch waist nor have I ever. I have a 34 inch waist and it would be 32 in a week if I wanted but why I am lean enough.
