Nope as I don't go to failure. Just near failure. In high volume you can use low reps too at times. You really don't know much about how to train, do you?
Most people use low reps as they are upping the intensity with a weight that matches the reps...Dude you´re a Bullshitter !  :D

Nope. Many can increase the load but the muscles don't get bigger. There's many guys who get strong on a lift but don't get big.

anyone who increases loads will have bigger muscles they might be tiny to begin with but if they add 100 pounds to thier 6 rep bench max they will have bigger delts pecs and tris so if they had 13 inch arms now they will be 14 inches

If short and infrequent workouts were the way to go, then why did methzer look like crap for the last 10-15 years of his life? Why couldn't he find any time to train, even for 15 minutes?

He was asked that a few times and his answer was, "I'm so busy with my personal training and other businesses"

Right.................🤣

The standard way to build strength WITHOUT building muscle is to do low volume and heavy weights. Pavel often talked about this.

The trick is to moderate effort, not weight. That does not mean use less weight. It is better to do more TOTAL reps. That is, more work. Strength athletes do a lot of volume, whether session or weekly. And they aren't looking for the protein degradation that bodybuilders are (as much).
