10 sets db upright rows narrow path 35lbs sets of 12 good squeezes
Superset
10 sets db upright rows wide path 20lbs sets of 15 good squeezes
These feel amazing on traps and side delts. The look when finished is nuts.

10 sets db squats 20-65lb dbs.
Superset
10 sets 1 leg calf raises bw

Walked 2 hours.
