10 sets db upright rows narrow path 35lbs sets of 12 good squeezes
Superset
10 sets db upright rows wide path 20lbs sets of 15 good squeezes
These feel amazing on traps and side delts. The look when finished is nuts.

10 sets db squats 20-65lb dbs.
Superset
10 sets 1 leg calf raises bw

Walked 2 hours.

Josh`s Chest Workout - 12-11-25

Seated Bench Press on Machine- 4 X 12,10,8,15   (pyramid up in weight,down again on last set)

Smith Inclines or DB Inclines - 3 X 12-10,8 constant weight....60 seconds rest)

DB Flyes - 3 X 15,12,10 (pyramid up in weight)

Cardio

Laughed at Bhanks getting torched all week too so abs got a good workout as well.
