I have been to gyms in a dozen different countries the only place anyone does that nonsense is CrossFit

Olympic weightlifting is not regular weightlifting it’s a speciality hardly anyone does anywhere as it is not the most effective way to train.

There's no such thing as Olympic weight lifting.   It's weightlifting.   Go look up USAW

You do know weightlifting is in the Olympics.  It's far far more popular than "strict curling".  Rogue is a huge producer of weightlifting equipment. I don't recall them making any strict curling equipment.

Bottom line is.. you're wrong.. you're just too much of a fucking pussy to admit it. Go fuck yourself.

pec dec flyes 4 x 12
panatta decline bench 3 x 10

biceps
still sore after tuesdays back workout so did
machine preacher 4 x 15
cable 21s 3 sets

forearms
on wes' recomendation here did reverse preachers for 3 x 15- forearms about to explode what a movement- very very light weight started on 35 lb finsihed on 50 and that was a little heavy butt he form was solid

now- eat sleep rinse and repeat

got 500gm of steak to hammer down with peppercorn sauce and coconut rice. starving
