That’s a great set up mate how do you find the pullover machine? I find they hit the lower lats like no other on fire after a few sets

Its just next to the pulldown machine mate!!

In fairness they are ace. Hits the lats from armpit all the way down. We have a panatta one- its cracking, great range of motion and really smooth movement. Highly recommend. Finish off with straight pulls bent over flaring the lats out nice and slow is a great finisher too mate!

Total cal: 1,292
Estimated sweat loss: 3,147 ml

Intensity minutes:
Low: 60
Moderate: 80
Vigorous (not steve): 60

HR Zones:
Zone 1: 34:58 / 19%
Zone 2: 1:37 / 50%
Zone 3: 34:49 / 18%
Zone 4: 25:33  / 13%

From the stats, seems like a decent workout.

I never got too much into the whole "zone" thing for training.  The whole 220-age thing is very interesting in how it came about.  It actually was never intended to be used the way it is with all of these heart rate monitors.

Question for y'all regarding back training

From.all.the vids I watch of pros training thier backs it's seems like they generally do 4 upper back exercises one pulldown and 3 or even 4 row movements

So is that how most of you fellas train back?

Just curious

All you need is a row and a pullup or a  pulldown.

You don't need 10 different exercises.

Just work those two exercises hard.

I had never really even heard of it until recently lol, then it was everywhere.

I tried it for runs - it makes it much more pleasant from a wind standpoint, but trying to run that slow feels wrong, albeit knowing it's a popular technique for those who run a lot.  And I do believe you recover quicker.

The baseball thing was just pure curiosity to me - couldn't bring myself to wear a watch while playing to check it, but finally did by putting it on my non throwing arm and covering with a sleeve.
