day 1- rear chain
day 2- back delts
day 3- thighs calves
day 4- chest arms
day 5 rear chain
day 6- back delts
day 7 thighs calves
day 8- chest arms
then 2 days off
its tough but I'm enjoying it. I'm doing an hours walking pre breakfast too
standard days eating is
upon waking- cherry extract drink, its etc
cardio
breakfast- 100gm oats.raisins/dess coconut, 100gm pineapple fresh, 60gm beef isolate, creatine, l glutamine
lunch- 250gm tinned tuna, baked potato, 100gm blueberries/ raspberries, 60gm beef isolate
pre workout- BSN NO explode
intra workout- BCAA's, carb complex, creatine, l glutamine
post workout- pro- recover CNP drink
dinner- 250gm steak, green veg,
pre bed- 60gm beef isolate
on 2ml of test with 25mg anavar pre workout, nolvadex and provision 20mg 25mg EOD respectively
