does your prep vary from show to show? or do you have it pretty much down to what you like to do by now?

Small variations just, but my body is in a different place each time. This time I am holding more muscle tissue overall and am around the right place for minus 5 weeks out, if I was more ripped all over it would be relaxing for the mind but I know that whats left to go will go in time.

Getting there, in a couple of weeks everything will be looking more defined, glutes, lower back etc. Weight is around 110/ 111kg, it doesn't matter to me what my stage weight is as long as I am peeled and full, no tissue lost.

still working round hand injury sustained when lad at may Thai who wraps my hands was not there so his understudy did and he fucked it up. so bruised swollen knuckles are making it difficult. so worked round the injury rather than be a little bald fat queen and sit on a fcuking gayycycle with my mongoloid son

pec dec- 5 x 15- last set triple drop
panaatta incline press 5 x 12
panatta multi arm crossover 5 x 12

machine preacher curl 4 x 12
tricep press machine 4 x 12
one arm cross body press down 4 x 12

hammer curl 4 x 12

nice pump and another one ticked off!

upon waking- cherry extract drink, its etc

cardio

breakfast-  100gm oats.raisins/dess coconut, 100gm pineapple fresh, 60gm beef isolate, creatine, l glutamine

lunch- 250gm tinned tuna, baked potato, 100gm blueberries/ raspberries, 60gm beef isolate

pre workout- BSN NO explode

intra workout- BCAA's, carb complex, creatine, l glutamine

post workout- pro- recover CNP drink

dinner- 250gm steak, green veg,

pre bed- 60gm beef isolate


on 2ml of test with 25mg anavar pre workout, nolvadex and provision 20mg 25mg EOD respectively
