8-12 rest pause reps
rope straight arm pulldown 4 x 14ish reps
same machine, moved the pin down and did sorta 45 degree angle Shrugs. 3 sets of 15ish
seated cable row (angle on the bench sucks, but rhomboids should be pre-exhausted already. 4 sets of 15ishd
rope curls 3x20
felt about 70%. stomach bothered me all day. no appetite. only had a bowl of cereal prior to workout. think I took too much anadrol cuz my stomach kinda bloated and nauseous. took about 400mg powder, about 100mg to much I think. (I have little scoops for my fish food that hold 50mg's when level. took about 3.5 heaping scoops of raw drol powder)
