I did start the BPC157 and TB500 at 1000mcg a day this week 500mcg each. I am still not using HGH. 1 shot of TRT per week. No other current supplements other than a nootropic.

Who said anything about oral? I am going skinfold abdomen. Anyway, I am sure it does nothing but giving it a try. It is definitely priced as if it does something maybe it will prevent a flare up and heal my stomach probably not

Decent ride today 10 miles just over an hour will get some lunch then head to the gym

Not trying to make it sound like anything I call those hanging leg raises see above obviously I do not want to hang on my shoulder like that 2nd pic. Regardless Icing my knee now training to the point I have to ice. Want to be full for surgery and give Dr plenty of tissue to work on. Also, it is just what I do. I was even backward walking in the yard earlier and I did yoga the last 2 mornings as well.

I studied in Maui it's big there after I herniated a disc in my lower back snowboarding I was having real issues. I did yoga in Maui and it got better it's not perfect and I need to practice more but I do find it useful

regular old school wide grip pulldowns maybe x5
reverse grip medium x4
reps? go until I'm done 10-14

barbell shrugs off pins x6 weight 225 up to 405 & back down
8-12 rest pause reps

rope straight arm pulldown 4 x 14ish reps
same machine, moved the pin down and did sorta 45 degree angle Shrugs. 3 sets of 15ish

seated cable row (angle on the bench sucks, but rhomboids should be pre-exhausted already. 4 sets of 15ishd

rope curls 3x20

felt about 70%. stomach bothered me all day. no appetite. only had a bowl of cereal prior to workout. think I took too much anadrol cuz my stomach kinda bloated and nauseous. took about 400mg powder, about 100mg to much I think. (I have little scoops for my fish food that hold 50mg's when level. took about 3.5 heaping scoops of raw drol powder)
5iu gh, 100mg viagra, and 60mg Cialis pre workout
500mg mast E, 50mg tren A, & 1g cyp in my glute and right shoulder
