Again not the numbers but whatever downsizing is about space not cost. This home has a lot more livable space. Half the old house was upstairs and downstairs hallways. The garage and gym were down a flight of stairs. the shuffleboard was in an upstairs hallway. The pool table was in storage and the fenced back yard was a small hill into brown water. Now I have my pool table and shuffelboard and gym garage all on the same level. The old green carpet from my office is gone and has been replaced with a cathedral ceiling and double glass doors. The backyard is large fenced and flat. The master bathroom is just bigger as is the master bathroom and closet. I did not need to spend one more penny I have everything I could want. This house is a serious upgrade in my opinion. Also I am near my son and can do stuff all the time with him now it's fucking great. I went to wrestling practice on my ex time yesterday and I get to go to boxing class on her time next weekend. I am not just getting more activities I am getting more time being closer as she allows me to take him to stuff its awesome. Could not be happier even getting my pec fixed in two weeks. So be mad talk shit whatever my life has never been this good. You have no power over me.

Also, as for your bounce comments, just do it without bounce and resetting after each rep.

This isn't rocket science.

No matter what form I use you guys will claim its bad I never bounced a fucking thing

No I didn't but again lets all post our deadlifts tomorrow then. Start a deadlift thread and get some other board members to participate and I will gladly go for and post a max deadlift but I am not just going to do reps until I am exhausted no thanks otherwise I will deadlift when I feel like deadlifting

We are not talking about me, we are talking about you.  I've made no claims on what I think I can do for 12 reps.  You said you could do my max for 12 reps, so go do it.  Your best posted deadlift to date is 280x10, that is quite a ways from 335x12.

Saying I can lift something 12 times is not a challenge. I can also walk 12 miles that doesnt mean I am going to go walk 12 miles today as part of some challenge. 12 reps  at 335 doesnt interest me I know I can do it and I know it would suck so why bother. Make better challenges. I also have a bad knee and a wonky shoulder why risk jacking them up doing heavy deadlifts? I can train back just fine without them

Is it easier than not using a plate yes does it make loading 10 plates on an off the floor not a pain in the fucking ass fuck no. You guys act like I have never considered or done that before which is just fucking nonsense it is still a pain in the fucking ass to load and unload a deadlift bar. There are easier ways to train your back

Your argument about proving yourself to Hulkotron doesn’t require stacking 10 plates. It’s 6 plates and some change. And let’s be real, you wouldn’t throw all the weight on at once. You’d add one plate at a time and work up to it. This whole “plate-loading hassle” argument feels like a distraction from the real issue: you haven’t shown that you can do 12 reps at his max weight.

I assume you are referencing my oil painting when you say artwork? My high school girlfriend painted that one she is actually a somewhat successful painter. We humans have sought to express the world around us since the before we were human some of the earliest cave paintings were actually done by neanderthals and Denisovans. With the advancement of photography we saw in painting a movement away from realism to the most popular form of impressionism however I consider Bosch the father of surrealism and Dali his modern ancestor. I also have a thing for lithographs and prints. But I cannot explain art or artwork. I am not classically trained in art I simply know what I like.
