I can tell you right now why you do not gain size when you try, #1 you have no concept what growing with a fast metabolism really takes food wise #2 your lifting sucks.
Go to store purchase pancake mix (powder) and the biggest jug of cheap whey you can afford, get a hand mixer and vanilla ice cream and peanut butter. Aim for around 2k calories per shake and drink two a day and keep eating regular meals.
You lift far too heavy. I did the same, for nearly 30 years. Recently jve been pushing to failure about 12 reps and my goal is 3-4 sets wjth a given weight. Jts quite hard, and very effective.
I assume you are here to be part of a like minded group. If we are stuck with you, you cant suck. And not for one second do i believe you are starving yourself thats not how this sickness works. You eat plenty. You train hard. And wish you were bigger. So do it.
