2nd sec 20 second positive 25 second negative

Last wo it was a 25 second positive and a 50 second negative so I decrease in performance 😡

Im still stuck on 15 due to tendonitis in my elbow...I weigh around 205

4- 5:30 - Shoulders and Core   - supersets drop sets, KB swings, 15 sets military press, 15 sets shrugs,

6 - 7:30 - BJJ

Feel great.
