I just look mainly at arms and delts

Im not even interested to add muscle to my chest or back

I want to create a freakish like look

With disproportionate arms and Delts

Im sure I can do it with delts not so sure bout arms

But if I have legit 17 inch arms at 160-165 5% the delts and arms will look freakish just like I desire

Good luck on your surgery - what's the procedure?

completely snapped infraspinatus and superspinatus both sides was the last mri result, minor tears to other muscles/tendons. the right side is the worst. Cant overhead press at all really even with 25 pound dbs its murder. Weird things, like putting on pants, I put my hand behind my back to pull them that last feww inches, or tuck in a shirt and it's like I've been stabbed with a friggen icepick in the shoulder socket, and the pain lasts for a good couple of minutes from that seemingly irrelevant movement.

So the right seems the worst and they'll do that side, and pursuant to the outcome they'll tackle the left. I'm not going cowboy chemist per se, but I will end up on something around 500-800mg of test and 10iu gh and maybe a couple of other things (which is way more than I'd ever contemplate for the rest of my life - well mostly) to maximise the recovery.

Yeah, you'll need some recovery help for sure.  Lots of repair in there.  Hope you're looking into peptides as well - I am becoming a believer.

Hope it all works out for the best so that they then fix the other side.

I picked it up from powerlifting. I would cycle weekly though, 3x5 one week, 5x3 the next then heavy singles for 3 sets, then start over with 3x5...

Not any more since I pick training partners mainly who don't treat every roll like its death match.  Its a hobby for me.  The weight room is my main jam.
