frustration
in that pic I posted I was 255, Im 60 years old and dont want to get heavier, and now Im 264, and I dont like it. I obviously train super hard, but my cardio is top notch, I can walk for an hour on the treadmill at 12% incline, I eat very well, maybe too much of a protein hog at 350 grams a day. I tape my waist and it hasnt grown 1 single bit. I dont get it, I know the scale isnt what a person should go by, but I dont want to be in the 260s, would love to be in the 230s. Maybe I need to suffer more in the food department. Bah I dont know
