The Hernia wasn't fixed it's being fixed, who knows when he'll be able to squat 405 again

Wow look how small slys feet actually look. What has he got in his shoes to bring him up to arnolds height on occasions, Arnolds quite happy to be in flat shoes but Sly is always in shoes with varying amounts of lift.

You can get shoe lifts from 1 to 5 inches or more. Anything over 3 inches is obvious.

Again simply not true I planned to enter the 242lb class before I got there. When I weighed in I had no idea how many competitors were in either class. Again for the millionth time I even told you fucktwats on here prior to the show the record at 242lbs was only 159lbs and I planned to break it. I went to the 242lb class to break the record not to avoid multiple people in the 220lb class. I did know John would be in that class I had no idea who else was in that class or 242. I also lost some weight the final week I believe it was from overtraining lack of appetite and oral NSAIDS. The week after when I came off the orals, I immediately added a lot of weight back. None of this changed that I curled 75 kilos or 165lbs which is actually 9lbs heavier than my 156lb lift done at the contest in December. Yes I did a 165lb gym lift in January or February but I also got sick and lost a lot of weight in April. I then added it and the strength back by July and hit the 75 kilo in contest.

I actually like to lift and workout a little lighter. I feel stronger and more energetic after reducing the calories and coming down about 10lbs off the top weight. It also makes me hangry which gives me more power. As far as my weight going forward no idea but I will be repping 315lbs on the bench in 6 months. I have the confidence in the chest integrity to train a little heavier now. I also plan to increase my squat and deadlift and maybe do a full meet this next year. Again my strength and training was going really well prior to my surgery no idea how that is a fail at 45

Has already admitted doing this previously:

I am sure the meet results will get posted eventually. But it is not about who I beat at this meet. The goal was never just to win a medal at this meet. The goal was to break the Age group World Record and beat every other competitor at every previous meet prior. Also of course to get my max lift certified by the judges in a meet. I missed my final attempt at 170lbs but I knew the arm was done after my 2nd lift anyway. I am happy to have hit 165lbs in a meet gotten my white lights and break the record. Did I cherry pic the 242lb weight class because I knew I could break that record and it would be less competitive than the 220lb class? Sure of course why not boxers go up and down all the time to pick up belts. I will go for a record in the 220lb class at the next event and hopefully hit the Arnold marks but if not so what as long as I continue to improve. I will get there eventually.  I have to get a Hernia Surgery next and I am not sure how long it will take to recover from that. I am hoping I can recover and get the Arnold marks by December but if not I will get them next year. But the hernia surgery will help me do better in the Charlotte Pro next summer as my abs used to be my strong point but don't look right now with a Hernia so gettign that fixed next.

If Brian goes to an untested organization he will always lose so you have taken away his only chance at winning anything. I still think SCN fisted Brian in the ass really. This is a form of powerlifting, and guys are going to run gear. Why change the rules post contest? Here is Patrick Russo pumping up his star curler world record holder Leroy Walker at the Arnold. Bullshit Russo doesn't support guys on gear breaking records. Hanky got screwed for being an asshole but that shouldn't matter.
