I do chins to blast my cows....much better calf stimulation than stinking deadlifts.

Christ,just standing upright will probably stress the calves to a degree, but not enough to cause hypertrophy.

I didn't say I trained those exercises for the purpose of training calves but you cant help but train them some if you are squatting and deadlifting every week. He looks like a guy whose calves have never been trained
