Have you posted any new lifts?
Next week, I'm going to bench 375 with elbow sleeves [they belong to my friend, and he is much bigger than me, so they are not very tight]. If I'm successful, I will try 380 or 385.
In two weeks, I will do 370 without the elbow sleeves, and depending on how I feel [and if I'm successful at 385 next week or not], I'll try 385 with elbow sleeves again.
Also, I got a PM from someone saying that since I'm getting close to 405, I should run gear for six weeks, just to get 405.
If I can get 385 with elbow sleeves, and find that I'm hitting a plateau...I might actually do that. Small chance I won't need gear. I got 340 @170, so...small chance I can get 405 @200.
I believe I will be close.
