here's an update on this bad boy

i was severly overtraining so now i have settled da fuck down and i sleep every fucking night 8-9 hours and i train only once a day everyday (i should train 5 days a week, but i cant) and i'm done training past failure and i just go to failure now

i'm taking the diet REAL SERIOUS and i will track cals pro, carb, fat and i... WILL NOT POST ANY UPDATE PICS FOR 4-8 WEEKS

but i will post gym lifts and increases as i am certain i wil get very strong very fast ;)

here's start lifts for each muscle

bicep: curl-110x7

delt: BNP-120x4

lats: pulldown-200x5

pecs: hammer decline press-145 a sidex7

tricep: pressdowns-90x3

here's goals

bicep: curl-145x6

delt: BNP-155x6

lats: pulldown 210x6 stack is 210, so i will have to go to hammer pulldown coz it will be stacked out in 2 weeks MAX

pecs: hammer decline-175 a sidex6

tricep: 110x6 (110 is the stack)

past 3 days i slept bout 14 hours the lack of sleep for months caught up to me

i'd sleep 8-9 then wake up drink milk breakkie then sleep 2-3 more hours then train then eat and sleep 2 more hours then sleep again after 3-4 hours

the 2 new drugs are helping me sleep better finally

i was taking 400 mgs seroqulle at night only

he dropped it to 300 mgs and .5 mgs of risperidone at night and 50 mgs lamotrigine at wake and at sleep

and shockingly he told me bout a pharamcy where i can get meds without a script thats dangerous to tell a lunatic like me :D :D :D

not sure if it's legit but there was a pharm like that in ukraine and i got sleeping pills and benzos there without script

i will most likely go there and see if they will give me phenibut without a script

if and when they do i will add in a rest day and go 3 on 1 off on a 3-way split like this

day 1-delts day 2-pull back and bis day 3-push chest and tris day 4- off

if i stall there i'll go to 2 on 1 off and for sure that will be the last stop

don't think i'll ever get to the point of a 1 on 1 off split

optimal is probably training 4-5 days a week
