25 years of gear net loss 3 lbs.

Is this an MMA board or a bodybuilding board?

When I broke my wrist in high school I had to put it in a cast. It was mid wrestling season when it happened. I sawed the to part off early and this kid Paul decided it was time to pick a fight with me because I was in a cast. I hit him anyway with my broken wrist. I then sawed the rest off a few weeks later and took 2nd in states despite missing half the season with a broken wrist. It is still crooked now either from hitting Paul it never healed right.

When I had one of my shoulder surgeries I went to a bar a week later on painkillers in a sling. I got jumped by like half a dozen guys outside the bar. The shoulder never healed right.

When I get my pec done I am carrying a blade until I am fully recovered. I will absolutely stab a guy who tries to fight me. My pec is going to heal right.

Hypertrophy and strength are two different things.

So if I can do 6 chinups with bodyweight to failure and then say 3 months later can do 6 reps to failure with 75 pounds added round my waist my delts lats and bis will not increase in size?

Thing is I don't have much more fat I can lose and I think I've already gained a pound of fat back since I added 1/2 to my waist so what's that mean? It means I ate too many calories the last few days so I have to drop the cals back a bit

Anyways now I probably have like 3 pounds of fat I can lose which is like 10,000 calories so I'm going back to a slight deficit

Actually now is the time for tren as it really shines as a recomp drug the best one BY FAR but I can't take tren as it flares my mania and it's the most toxic drug of all so I'm done with it

Thing is I just added in creatine monohydrate so that will rev things up too

Not this shit again. If you want to train heavy with low sets do it. If you want to do volume with medium weights then do it. I think any one that puts down the other side is insecure about their training. Why else would you be so passionate about arguing about this stuff? On lifting boards I use to think HIT guys in the 90’s, 2000’s and little beyond were the biggest ass holes about how HIT was the only way to Nirvana.  They acted like religious zealots. Now it has switched to volume guys preaching their Gospel.  Who gives a fuck if one guys uses four different exercises for chest for one work set to failure or does 20 sets?

I'm gonna quickly chime in.

Higher volume coupled with lower weights is good for a metabolic type of training. You affect Type I, or slow-twitch, fibers that possess slower twitch speeds and are relatively fatigue resistant.
Lower volume coupled with higher weights is good for Type IIa fibers, or fast oxidative that are less fatigue resistant.

This is not a conspiracy. You can search on PubMed. It also works nicely for naturals. Or should I say 100% lifetime, non-provoked, full-scale natural?
