When I have been injured I rehabbed it....and made sure I did the things I needed to for that injury not to reoccur. You seem to fail at even that.
You were told NOT to lift much after your hernia surgery and poo-poo'ed that advice.

The point is this guy who started this thread lost 25lbs and still isn't very lean. He doesn't need to put 25lbs back on to be big especially at 67 years old. 240 is also pretty big.
However, despite not being as big or as old or as fat as him I can relate to him and his desire to bulk regardless as similar things have been said about me. So, I do find it admirable in a way and support him
