You’ll never get anywhere without volume. On all those drugs and no volume?  Whole thing sounds fake b

Tell that to Yates

By the by I do 14 failure sets for arms per week and 6 failure sets for delts and 3 failure sets for pecs

And delts and pecs have made the most gainz

I'm not some self-help or mind training guru but I feel lifting is mind training also.

Remembered something about Plato and AI gave me this just now :D

"Plato considered physical exercise essential for a balanced life, believing that movement and methodical training save and preserve human condition, unlike inactivity. He advocated for physical education, or "gymnastics," alongside intellectual culture, emphasizing how a harmonious blend of mind and body fosters virtues like courage, discipline, and endurance, leading to well-rounded individuals and a harmonious society. Plato's philosophy recognized the profound connection between physical health and intellectual and moral development, viewing a healthy body as crucial even for cognitive functions."

If this is right, then you look exactly the same as always, even on the sauce

He was the one that said mind and body right?

My friend has sent me numerous things regarding the health benefits of exercising including that it lowers cancer risk
