he would notice a massive shift in leg development if he did 2 plates for 3 x 15-20- a minutes rest between sets.
problem is this is genuinely hard work if hes doing it ass to grass so he will run away from it like he did the clegg rematch/ josh/ SC/ Krank/ Me/ Jeff/ Wess/ Chaos etc etc etc etc
You also need to Remeber mate.
He has zero cardiovascular shape.
When he got caught for miss counting reps , he said counting and lifting was hard ( will have to dig up the quote )
Also, he is out of breath sitting on a chair.
He couldn’t do 135 for 25-30 reps actual ass to grass reps
I would be surprised if he could even do 15 solid clean reps
