I must say that i am not a big fan of King Kamalis body shape, but he is still a big guy and has a body that millions of people would give anything to have. All of the bashers out there wouldnt dare take their clothes off and try and stand beside him for a posedown. He sounds like a real nice guy from the reply he made in this thread. If so than either Shawn Ray or his brother allowed their mother to be convicted for something they did.

i won't show a picture because as much as i've roasted almost everyone on this site i could look like Jay Cutler and i'd still get made fun of and secondly i'm modest and i don't think i look all that great but i do look better than the vast majority of people who have posted pics on here.

Long thread. Like em or dislike em....Kamali creates a lot of interest!
I think every pro should get some basic respect from people here....that being said, its cool to give some criticisms but the disrespectful bashing is pretty childish. Kamali is a legit pro BBer and deserves some admiration for that.

My 2 cents....King looked great in some poses. The abdomen protruded in others...if he can control the bloating, that would be a positive. I thought 6th place was high considering the midsection issue and recent mandates but placing in the top 10 at this show is extremely respectible. It was a good lineup of pros. I prefer a more classic tapered physique but everything is subjective. King looked very dry in his front poses but little less detailed from the back.

I now understand there is some history w/ King and Horvath, but it looked very bad to unknowing fans when King pushed Horvath and Farah.

Jimmy Mentis had some great points in his post....to be treated with respect you have to treat others with respect.
