Have you ever tried South Beach Diet Pizza?  It tastes fucking great, has 10 grams of fiber, 31 grams of protein, 310 calories. 

Yup. I reccommended those over a year ago. hahahahah Perfect diet food.

hers a few shots...does it look like I have a wide waist? I also put on muscle size over the course of 20 years...everything gets bigger.

I've never tried "anything exotic", or "pushed the envelope" for tht matter...

BTW, how would YOU know how "easy" it is? It's not just the diet (which gets progressively harder and stricter), combine that with workouts twice a day, cardio twice a day (up to 2 hours+) and all the regular duties of life (kids, work, etc.)

Walk a mile in my shoes, Adonis....until then STFU.

I work 40 hours a week and go to school.
I don`t do cardio because my diet is perfect.  I don`t do twice a day workout sessions because thats just stupid.

I am 6-8 percent bodyfat right now down from who knows what! lolol You guys ALL tend to become neurotic and make it harder than it is.

with no bulk in your diet, did you supplement with fiber for regularity and to reduce any bloating? white rice or brown? why no real vagetables like broccoli, cauliflower, zuccini or whatnot?

From a health standpoint, his diet sucks.

Lots of red meat, and practically no fiber or fruits and vegetables. Plus, no healthy fats (but tons of saturated fats).

It may be an effective diet for a roided-up bodybuilder (although I agree with Vince B that protein requirements for bodybuilders are way overstated, and thus a waste), but I wouldn't be surprised if he keels over from a heart attack or ends up with diabetes or cancer before long.

I'm not saying this to be a prick, but to point out that pro bodybuilders' diets are usually anything but healthy, regardless of what their bf% might be.

Amazing what bodybuilders do. Where is the research that supports ingesting that much protein? In my opinion that diet is absurd and a waste of resources. The extra protein will be converted into energy because the body cannot use that much protein in a day. I guess I know nothing and am out of date. Nothing has changed with bodybuilders and most are totally unscientific about nutrition and training.


quite the contrary vince. the diet is actually pretty sound and very appropriate given what the individual is trying to achieve and his internal environment. i agree that perhaps not all of that protein will be used, but most of it will, and we'd rather be a little over than under when trying to create an anabolic situation in our bodies. its ok if some of that protein is used for energy purposes (gluconeogenesis). why does that seem to upset you? the rest will either be used to repair the massive amounts of micro-tears that progressive resistence exercise causes...or passed into the toilet. not to mention the tons of cardio we do that also increases the bodies need for quality protein. there is no set number of grams of protein that "the body" can absorb at each meal. that number varies per person for a hundred different reasons.

Well I am biased towards the Ironage look for sure.

Anything over 225 lbs is pushing it unless over 6 feet tall.

Crystal lite is fine...don't drink much diet cola anyway.

Veggies are fine, I just don't eat them very much on a diet, exceptfor steamed broccoli....too much volume.

I remember Melvin saying on a BFTO DVD that too much Crystal Lite is rough on the stomach walls because of the aspartame.  I would just drink extra water to counter act this because I would go crazy without CL  :)

Yeah, like he said though its all relative- his waist doesnt look like some pros where they look like a Boa snake that just at a goat or something.. His waist is tiny, and he has no muscle gut.
