with no bulk in your diet, did you supplement with fiber for regularity and to reduce any bloating? white rice or brown? why no real vagetables like broccoli, cauliflower, zuccini or whatnot?

From a health standpoint, his diet sucks.
Lots of red meat, and practically no fiber or fruits and vegetables. Plus, no healthy fats (but tons of saturated fats).
It may be an effective diet for a roided-up bodybuilder (although I agree with Vince B that protein requirements for bodybuilders are way overstated, and thus a waste), but I wouldn't be surprised if he keels over from a heart attack or ends up with diabetes or cancer before long.
I'm not saying this to be a prick, but to point out that pro bodybuilders' diets are usually anything but healthy, regardless of what their bf% might be.
