and the rest of the day was NO carbs.

he also cracked on chick for including about 200g of carbs in his diet.

so i guess sometime in the last week or two he decided to go on a junk food binge.

one thing is for sure...if your diet consists of ice cream, pizza, burgers, cookies, ect....YOU WILL GET FAT.

if you happen to have a fast metablolism/ high insulin sensitivity such as TA seems to have, it make take a little while for it to catch up with you but in the end....YOU WILL GET FAT...lol

First off, Research and Development at Krispy Kreme is top notch for ingredients.  Hidden Agents?  Don`t make me laugh Alexxx.  There is no such thing as a hidden agent.

The American FDA is VERY VERY VERY strict on mantaining accurate label claims,the best int eh entire world.By FEDERAL LAW they have to get it right. and will fine or shut down any company not meeting label claims within a VERY small percentage.

You see Alexxx,supplements are different. They aren`t regulated by the FDA at all so they can be all Fucked.

Supplements are stupid.

Here is something to make you reconsider soft drinks and baked goods.

ACESULFAME-K... Artificial sweetener: Baked goods, chewing gum, gelatin desserts, soft drinks.   
This artificial sweetener, manufactured by Hoechst, a giant German chemical company, is widely used around the world. It is about 200 times sweeter than sugar. In the United States, for several years acesulfame-K (the K is the chemical symbol for potassium) was permitted only in such foods as sugar-free baked goods, chewing gum, and gelatin desserts. In July 1998, the FDA allowed this chemical to be used in soft drinks, thereby greatly increasing consumer exposure.
 
The safety tests of acesulfame-K were conducted in the 1970s and were of mediocre quality. Key rat tests were afflicted by disease in the animal colonies; a mouse study was several months too brief and did not expose animals during gestation. Two rat studies suggest that the additive might cause cancer. It was for those reasons that in 1996 the Center for Science in the Public Interest urged the FDA to require better testing before permitting acesulfame-K in soft drinks. In addition, large doses of acetoacetamide, a breakdown product, have been shown to affect the thyroid in rats, rabbits, and dogs. Hopefully, the small amounts in food are not harmful.

Besides all those can be found in your beloved Protein Powders. They aren`t bad at all.

Go to www.snopes.com and look up artificial sweeteners. Start there and then go more scientific.  Find studies that aren`t biased or have an agenda.

Sweeteners are not bad.  If you are in doubt, just go with real sugar then like I do.

Don`t see a problem in your questioning.

it's too easy!!! i just had a couple of ice cream sandwiches with breakfast and i'm going to substitute some Ruffles potato chips for regular potatoes later on, too damn easy.

There are many flavors to choose from and that is the hard part.

Daddywaddy suggests the Black and Tan.  Beginners may want to get the Phish Food.  The level should be determined by knowledge. If you know what you are doing you can skip the beginner phase.

I have been eating whatever foods I want, whenever I want - in moderation - for 6 or 7 years now...actually my entire life, but thats when I started lifting. :)  At first I worried too much about protein, but I've NEVER worried about carbs.  I'd feel awful if I did the low carb thing, so I don't even waste my time.

I listen to my body and simply eat when I'm hungry, and I usually know when to stop.  I've never tracked my calories, I just I keep in mind what I've eaten up to that point during the day so I have an idea of what I have left.  

I probably get somewhere between 1600-2200 calories a day.  I think I'm one of those people that require more calories/carbs, as is Adonis.  Plus, I don't like to feel like crap in the gym. :)  And if my calories vary day to day, its fine, because the lower days make up for the higher.  I look at it on a longer term.

This has always worked for me - I think I'm pretty lean -and- I FEEL much better than those carb-deprived dieters.

Anyway, do what works for you, just don't deprive yourself.  There are ways to work anything into your diet. ;)

As you can see, this is just one avenue a female can take.  I will also have you know that she is by far the strongest girl at our gym as well as leanest.

There are other approaches as well.  Hers is a solid one and the beauty is that it is formless like water.
