How many Calories are you consuming?
I think the Adonis principle involves cutting the calories - one would burn doing cardio, therefore no cardio is needed.

Wow, what a post, eat like shit.LOL I would be sick and feel like shit if i ate ice cream and donuts all day. Yeah, have a cheat meal here and there, but, to live on that shit, no way.

Also, DC training is for real and a lot of people follow it. If it sucked and didn't do jack shit, it wouldn't get the respect that it gets by so many followers of the program. Hell, it went from a bbing board and now it's in Flex mag. DC is doing something right and I give the guy props. He seems like a great guy and it is good that he is getting something out of this sport by helping so many reach their goals.

As for TA and his girl, do what your doing, that's cool. Just dont rag on people that eat healthy and live a true bbing lifestyle. Oh, and I know a lot of ecto's that eat like shit and stay lean, big deal.

Dante and Adonis are as deluded as each other. Ones a fat bastard that is nothing without the gear; infact is nothing WITH the gear. The other is a skinny kid with an ok build for someone that works out ocaisionally. But what really makes me laugh is that Americans seem to think Big Macs, ice cream and cookies are the height of culinary excellence. It really shows the gulf in class between Europe and the old colonies.

Exactly it's CARDIOvascular training, it may help you burn extra calories during and briefly afterwards but it doesn't really raise your metabolism. Basically I don't do cardio like I used to but I don't find myself any less lean.

I used to do it all the time but have been lazy/beat from lifting. I am in the middle of my first week off from lifting for a full week in 2+ years and plan to come back fresh next week with cardio added to my new routine..

Ok, so your not and ecto? You eat less than 2000 calories of shit, agian big deal. All you are proving is that your eating like shit, but keeping the shit calories very low and your losing bf. Wow! I would much rather eat heathly food and lose fat, than eat cookies and ice cream. Think however you want, but eating cookies and shit like that is not the best route. Also, cardio has many health benefits other than just fat burning.

Oh, and post up the info of this guy that followed DC and got up to a fat 290lbs or whatever it was.

Come on man, the games up. You've had you're fun. [and the guy on the cover of his book has gyno. Yep, he seems really trustworthy]

hey genius.  Calorie reduction is the only diet proven to extend lifespan and delay age related disease (like heart disease).  Healthy bodies have no trouble metabolising salt.
