yea it is pretty cheap. READ this though. I did NOT buy that one. I bought a bench press, squat rack combo with a leg extension and preacher attachment. a 300 pound olympic set, two pairs of adjustable york dumbells and an ez bar. as for pulleys i know the cheap stuff sucks so didn't buy any.

Working out at home is F'ing great! You got food and showers right there, the other thing you might wanna add is a CD player so you never have to listen to bad gym music

How does the lat pulldown on that work as in how do you add resistance?

i didn't buy the exact one. all those cheap home gym pull downs suck real bad. not smooth at all. i just do rows.

Gibber, you might be able to find a combo Chin bar and dip station. Since you won't have any cables for pulldowns, I think chins will be very important to hit the lats. Preferably a chin bar with wide grips and narrow parallel grips. If you do both wide and narrow grip chins, and mix in dumbell rows, I don't think you'll miss anything not being able to do seated cable rows.

Also, you'll want to buy a belt to do weighted dips and chins.  Good luck!

Some equipment at home would be nice when, but I would miss going to the gym. I live in Columbus, Ohio, and I am only 3.5 miles from a World's Gym. I pay $250 for the year, through a discount from my buddy's business, and the gym is open 24 hours from Monday morning at 6:00AM to Saturday at 6:00PM. So Saturday and Sunday it closes at 6PM, but open anytime  Mon-Fri. Plus, you can go to any of the other 5 World's in the area, and one stays open until 8PM on weekends.

there is something about the smell and the sound of people working out that can never be replaced. They could create a perfect home gym and I still would go to the over crowded techno playing stink filled pit.
