Ran 4 miles and rolled again. Planning on training legs tomorrow but my ass is killing me (strong NH) so I'll see how I feel.

JM Press (light)

(Pressed for time, skipped D-Bell Bench)

Triceps

Skull Crushers

French Press

Cable Press
- 4 sets
Great workout GR,but did you know that using a Slingshot is not a true indicator of your actual bench press poundage? LOL  ;D

Upright Bike - 15 mins

Fitness - 10 mins (Heart almost exploded)

Round 1
AirDyne - 1 min
Backward Sled Drag - 1 min
AirDyne - 1 min
Backward Sled Drag - 1 min
AirDyne - 1 min

Round 2
AirDyne - 1 min
Farmers Walk - 1 min
AirDyne - 1 min
Farmers Walk - 1 min

Extreme Stretch - Hams, Hips, Back

That 10 mins of fitness stuff is the hardest thing I do all week.
Much harder than heavy lifting (for me). Shows that my heart/cardio needs the work.
