What are you current goals?
To get my left shoulder to 100% same as my right. It's close now. Very long time ago I tore my left bicep and my arm was never rehabbed correctly.
I'm happy with my my weight and body fat. I'm pleased that I no longer crave junk anymore and I really do feel good only having fats 1-2 days a week. Feels very easy to keep eating the way I am and I really do enjoy all I eat and how I feel. Blood sugar feels steady.
I just want to fine tune my diet and it's close (specifically-exact amount of carbs and proteinI should have...)
I just need to be able to sleep an entire night without waking up. I've still been waking up at 2 AM to workout and waking up each hour all night.

-1 cup egg whites, 400g cooked white rice, 2 Gold Kiwis, 1 banana, 100g blueberries
-4 whole eggs cooked in 6g butter on Trader Joes Everything Bagel with avocado and 3 servings Hickory Smoked Turkey
-2 Fiber One Bars
-4 Soft Pretzels
-3 servings Trader Joes Chicken Meatballs, 300g cooked white rice, 1/2 advocado
-Sushi
Today:
-Donuts: 3 Boston Creme, Blueberry Glazed, Vanilla Frosted, Plain
-Sushi
-Possibly will be tonight: 2 servings pasta with 96/4 ground beef
