today's back workout:
5 sets barbell rows 120kg-110kg-100kg in 6-8 rep range
5 sets supinated wide grip pull downs squeezin the lats not throwin weight around, put 70kg in the stack for 10-15 reps per set
4 sets t bar rows 60-50kg on the barbell end 6-8 reps
5 sets wide grip pronated pull ups 6-7 reps
3 sets dumbel shrugs 60kg each hand 10-15 reps
3x8 reps 160kg half deadlifts from below the knee
3 sets 140kg barbel shrugs 10-12 reps iirc
