i saw your pictures and you're 16 years old, 20% bodyfat at 170 lbs! you should not be giving training advice until you have secured your place as a seasoned Iron Veteran. i order you to ceast and desist, and warn others who they're dealing with.

i do. i take in alot of what people say here. but when its coming from the mouth of punk ass haters..naw, im good. guys like pumpster i take seriously. but like i said...ive been a student of bodybuilding for over three years, im just barely now for the last year been actually pursuing it.

I think thats the point bud,"Punk ass haters" ? Your 16, 3 years ago you were 13. Most gyms won't allow a kid your age anywhere near the free weights. Act a litle more humble.

see thats what makes me feel old someone who is a teenager can use the term "student of bodybuilding for over 3 years" like it makes them a PHD. My quick rule of thumb is only take advice from people who have been producing testosterone for at least 10 years.

plus just because you have a hobby and internet access does not mean you have really learned something, please only give advice when you stop having to ask somebody if its ok to be out past midnight.

I have to agree here, i still consider myself a newbie and i've been training seriously for almost 8 years...

judging by his pics and posts he needs to read and learn ALOT more before giving any advice...

No disrespect towards you candidate2025 but after 3 yrs of training & reading everything you can find does not give you a PHD in the physical culture world.Being only 16 your body is & well be going through so many changes that what may work for you now may not work for you when your say 25,30,35 & so on.I'm 39 yrs old & have been training (not continually,have been layoffs) since I was 12 yrs old & still learn something new everyday.I would imagine that I have read a "mountain" of training,nutrition,etc. articles in that time compared to you also yet do not in the least consider myself to have a PHD.I'm always willing to listen to others if what they are telling me sounds reasonable.Any advice I give here is based on what i've experienced through my own training which has been my own 27 yrs of experience & what has worked/not worked for myself.Anything I suggest to other ppl. here is a suggestion for them to try or not.What works for 1 may or may not work for others which I feel should be an unwritten rule of bb'ing.

Well I agree that the advice he gave candidate is good advice...it just sounded funny to hear an 18 year old tell someone how young they are...lol...that is all I ment...I would love to be 18 again.
