Tell you what, see how much you can lift doing a preacher curl on the bench starting with your arms fully extended and your legs straight out behind you rather than seated

That will demonstrate just how strong your biceps really are,. and its impossible to cheat

Why I am doing strict curls today that is my training I am not just going to do a bunch of random different shit because you don’t understand my training

Based on absolute strength all that really matters I am stronger but you are a munchkin so let’s review the Wilks. According to that weird calculus I am also stronger but like you said you are an IFBB pro not a powerlifter. So let’s see which one of us qualifies for the Olympia this year in our chosen event since they do powerlifting and IFBB Pro bodybuilding .

Training arms twice a week heavy is actually a painful difficult thing to do but I really am tired of arguing with you people about nonsense all day. I just want to post my workout and an update and then wait until the next workout. Instead it’s just all day negative energy and arguing about nonsense. I don’t need to argue with haters all day I know what I can do and I can see my results. You guys just want to say I am doing it all wrong I know I am doing it right
