Just a little chicken and stuffing also did 3 sets of 12 with 225lbs on bench so strength isn’t too bad I saw some YouTube where the guy recommended do a refeed the weekend prior and then keep reps high and workouts short and easy the final week to deplete glycogen then carb load after weighs ins so not sure how much I will deplete and load but I decided a feeding was in order
