Just a little chicken and stuffing also did 3 sets of 12 with 225lbs on bench so strength isn’t too bad I saw some YouTube where the guy recommended do a refeed the weekend prior and then keep reps high and workouts short and easy the final week to deplete glycogen then carb load after weighs ins so not sure how much I will deplete and load but I decided a feeding was in order

Brutal workout

How were you able to complete this in such a depleted state.

I am not trying to have a brutal workout the idea is just to touch everything this week about half an hour a workout tops 3 warm up sets 3 working sets 12-15 reps or more depending on exercise. I want it be able to flex everything next weekend want to be fully recovered.

3200 calories with 184 grams of protein is not junk that’s healthy eating

Why would I eat slow digesting protein steak in the middle of the night before the show and all the water? I thought dry carbs were all you should eat at that point and no water

Show is Sunday not Saturday but regardless and then again after prejudging?

You realize I decided to do the show when I got sick and couldn't eat for a week anyway. If I had not gotten sick I never would have attempted to cut so much but regardless I am making adjustments.


Day after decided to do the show:
I got to say I thought about dieting then had sushi on the way to the gym and mcdonalds on the way home I could have taken it easy but nope double quarter pounder fries wasabi roll spicy tuna roll and salmon nigiri plus the chicken coconut soup also had kung bo chicken with extra chicken and white rice for lunch and yogurt with 3 egg omelet with cheese for breakfast plus two coffees and some gatorade and a sprite with grenadine plus 4 pieces of candy.
